Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do.

Data Handling Standards

Four commitments.
No exceptions.

No Cookies

No session cookies, tracking cookies, or preference cookies. Nothing stored in your browser.

No Individual Tracking

No profiles. No cross-page tracking. You are not a record in our system.

No Third-Party Analytics

No Google Analytics. No Segment. No external service receives any signal about your visit.

No Data Sold

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share visitor data.

Collection

What we collect.

Server Logs — Aggregated, Anonymized

We parse server logs to understand traffic patterns. No third-party analytics service is involved. Individual IP addresses are anonymized before any record is written. Raw logs are deleted on a rolling 90-day schedule. We store only aggregated statistics.

  • Page views — which pages were visited, not by whom
  • Referrers — origin of traffic, in aggregate
  • Device types — parsed from user agent string, never stored individually
  • Geographic region — derived from anonymized IP, discarded after aggregation

That is the complete list.

What We Do Not Collect

  • Cookies of any kind
  • Individual IP addresses — anonymized immediately, never retained
  • Personal data without direct submission
  • Cross-site tracking data
  • Browsing history outside this site
  • Behavioral profiles
Direct Submissions

Contact forms & your rights.

Contact Forms

If you submit a contact form or email us, we collect what you provide — name, email, message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry. Records are deleted once the conversation is resolved. You are not added to any list.

Your Rights

You may request deletion or a copy of any data associated with a direct submission. Write to contact@globaldataregistry.com. Requests are processed within 30 days. No account required.

If this policy changes materially, the date below is updated and a notice is shown to returning visitors.
